What is Selection Signals?

Selection Signals is a solution that SEEK has implemented with Recruit Wizard to capture data from the recruitment process to improve the matching quality for candidates

What data will be shared with SEEK when Selection Signals are enabled?

Recruit Wizard will share application status update signals with SEEK for applications sourced from SEEK, Jobstreet or Jobsdb.

The data sent from Recruit Wizard only includes masks IDs and doesn't include any personally identifiable information.

The data collected will be managed by SEEK in accordance with SEEK's Privacy Policy.

Is Personally identifiable information sent from Recruit Wizard to SEEK?

Personally identifiable information is not shared.

Is consent from the candidate required for us to send Selection Signals to SEEK from Recruit Wizard?

Candidates who apply through SEEK agree to the platform's Privacy Policy which outlines to Candidates that SEEK collects data from them directly and indirectly, via an ATS and other partners. Candidates acknowledge and agree to our Privacy Policy as part of their registration process.
